Thank you for shopping with Corals Cove. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following Return & Refund Policy.
All Sales Are Final Beyond 24 Hours Post-Purchase
At Corals Cove, we do not accept returns or modifications beyond 24 hours after purchase. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure that every item delivered is brand new and in its original condition.
Within the initial 24-hour window, refund requests are subject to internal review and may be approved at our discretion. In the event a refund is issued, it will cover the purchase price of the product only. Shipping fees and shipping protection are non-refundable, as these are allocated immediately upon fulfillment.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the following criteria:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

Returns
If a return is approved, the item must be shipped to the designated return address provided by our support team. All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
